For me, yoga is a way of life, through mindful living, breath, movement, creativity and nutrition, I live simply and within my means. I find immense joy in these practices and my way of honouring this path is to share authentically how we can find solace, calm, balance and joy within the trials and tribulations of modern life. Sometimes it is difficult, but through yoga and it's offerings and it's gorgeous community, I truly believe we can find a way to feel better each and every day.
Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, self-love, and transformation.
I am trained in Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga and Meditation and I am registered with Yoga Alliance.
